I recommend starting with an initial session, so that we can discuss your reasons for considering therapy and the best way forward. You may then decide to commit to a course of six weekly sessions.
 

Lots of research evidences that meaningful therapeutic change often occurs after multiple consistent therapeutic sessions.  Six sessions provides a solid foundation on which to build with 16–18 sessions or more facilitating deeper, lasting change. Initial Session: A single 50-minute session (£60) to explore your needs, discuss your goals, and determine if therapy feels right for you.

Six-Session Package: A six-session package for £310 (a £50 reduction). This provides a structured foundation for therapy with ideally sessions scheduled weekly.
Twenty-Session Package: Commit to long-term therapy with a 20-session package for £1,000 (a £200 reduction when booked in advance). This package supports deeper exploration and meaningful, sustained progress.
